Our Abs and Assets class is the ideal way to make sure all the crucial areas of your body are being exercised. With a focus on the lower back, hips, and deep core, our class can help to eliminate or alleviate muscular and skeletal aches and pains. All levels welcome!
A combination of high intensity intervals on a spin bike followed by a HIIT circuit (High Intensity Interval Training) that includes a full-body workout, strength-like cardio exercises.
Dance to different types of music, such as salsa, merengue, samba, hip hop, and Bollywood, to burn off calories, get a great workout and have a really fun time!
This Total Body Burn class offers a mix of core and cardio conditioning, as well as resistance training with bands and tubings, balls, and mat work, to get tone and fit.
Connect body, breath, and mind. Use physical postures, breathing exercises, and meditation to improve overall health. Join Greg to restore your mind and body.
This intermediate-to-advanced level qualified class may include circuit style exercises or traditional muscle building sets. The specific exercises change daily. Members rotate through a series of exercises with everyone doing something different.
This is a high energy, mixed martial arts class which mimics cardio kick boxing but offers much more. It includes punching, kicking, pushups and burpees. It is 45 minutes of nonstop action and gets your heart rate up. It is followed gentle stretching.
