CLASSES FAQs

General Questions

Class length varies. Most of our classes are between 40-55 minutes long.

We offer a wide range of classes that cater to all fitness levels, including strength training, group fitness classes, yoga, cycling, and HIIT. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced athlete, we have something for you.

Strength Training classes are for those who are looking to grow muscle, sculpt their bodies, and enhance physical strength through resistance training. Group Fitness classes can vary widely but generally aim to improve cardiovascular health, flexibility, muscular endurance, and strength. These classes often include aerobic exercises, such as yoga, HIIT or cycling.

Strength 1 is designed for beginners while Strength 2 is for advanced participants. The goal of Strength 1 is to build initial muscle, learn foundational movements, and understand technique. Strength 2 is designed to increase muscle strength and size, increase intensity, and master the art of weight lifting.

A consultation is a phone conversation where you share your health and fitness history, needs and goals so I can determine the best approach to get you where you want to be.

An assessment is where you are put through a series of movements to determine your cardio fitness, core strength, flexibility, strengths, and weaknesses plus we can do a complete body fat/muscle analysis to measure your starting point.
