Getting the body you want, requires time and dedication. We are here to be your partners in this journey. And have structured our programs in 3, 6, 12-month packages with the intent of getting you the best results in the shortest amount of time.

We offer three options: remote training sessions that rely on minimal equipment, a contract hold for up to two months for planned travel events, or a workout plan that you can use on your own so you can maintain your fitness while you are gone.

Private training sessions are customized to fit your specific needs. They are a place for beginners to learn the fundamentals of exercise and experienced clients learn to maximize their workouts and prepare for high performance events. Group training is a set workout with a trainer where the exercises change each time. It is designed for you to have a high degree of accountability and share the experience of working out with a small, familiar group. We can customize to the workout to meet individual needs where limitations exist. Participation in group training requires mastery of the fundamentals.

Mastery of these seven fundamental movements: squat, hinge, push, pull, lunge, rotate and plank.

To build muscle, mature bodies need more time to see the results of their exercise routine. We have discovered that, in general, three to six months is the optimal duration for adults to realize the gains they are striving for; our programs have been tailored to reflect this finding.

You sustain results by continuing to work out and we have a variety of options for doing so.

A consultation is a phone conversation where you share your health and fitness history, needs and goals so I can determine the best approach to get you where you want to be.

An assessment is where you are put through a series of movements to determine your cardio fitness, core strength, flexibility, strengths, and weaknesses plus we can do a complete body fat/muscle analysis to measure your starting point.
