If a class has less than 3 attendees 2 hours before it starts, Fusion Fitness PG LLC has every right to cancel the class
Our Abs and Assets class is the ideal way to make sure all the crucial areas of your body are being exercised. With a focus on the lower back, hips, and deep core, our class can help to eliminate or alleviate muscular and skeletal aches and pains.
A combination of high intensity intervals on a spin bike followed by a HIIT circuit (High Intensity Interval Training) that includes a full-body workout, strength-like cardio exercises.

This Total Body Burn class offers a mix of core and cardio conditioning, as well as resistance training with bands and tubings, balls, and mat work, to get toned and fit!
A modified version of Total Body Sculpt, this class offers a mix of core and cardio conditioning, as well as resistance training with bands and tubings, balls, and mat work, to tone and sculpt your body at a slower pace that’s geared towards the mature population.

A new workout every time, this 45-55 min group strength training class uses free weights, TRX's, balance/stability equipment plus traditional gym equipment to give total body conditioning with every workout. An advanced level class, Group Strength Training is an advancement of individual personal training, requiring qualification by the trainer, which is designed to protect the client as much as the integrity of the class.
This is a high energy, mixed martial arts class which mimics cardio kickboxing but offers much more. It includes punching, kicking, pushups and burpees. It is 45 minutes of nonstop action and gets your heart rate up. It is followed by gentle stretching.
